Effective Date: 22 Apr. 2026. LWAL SOFTWARE PROGRAMMING AND WEBS DESIGN LLC operates the Sajjel mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the app.

We collect account information such as your name, phone number, and email address; authentication data such as the phone number used for login and the One-Time Password (OTP) used for verification; and debt notification data recorded by merchants using the Sajjel Merchant App, including merchant name, debt amount, date of debt, and notes if provided by the merchant.

We use your information to create and manage your account, authenticate your identity using OTP, notify you when a merchant adds a debt under your name, display your debt records inside the app, and improve app functionality and user experience.

Sajjel allows merchants using the Sajjel Merchant App to record debts associated with your phone number. When a merchant adds a debt, you will receive a notification, the debt will appear in your account, and you can view details of the transaction. We do not verify or guarantee the accuracy of debts entered by merchants.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with merchants who add debt records linked to your phone number, when required by law or legal authorities, or to protect our rights, users, or system security.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including secure authentication via OTP, protected backend systems, and restricted access to personal data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You may request account deletion, and we will remove your data unless legally required to keep it.

You have the right to access your data, update your information, and request deletion of your account. To make a request, contact us at info@dftrapp.cloud.

Sajjel sends notifications related to new debts added by merchants and important account updates. You can control notifications through your device settings.
